LEADERSHIP
 
 
David Boeff
 
                     David Boeff is the President and CEO of the NexTower Companies. He has 47 years of
                     experience in the wireless telecom industry, including 32 years as a tower developer-
                     owner in the Southeastern US. From his start at Motorola C & E, Inc. to CEO-Partner
                     of two other regional tower developers, this experience brought him to found NexTower
                     in February 2014.
 
Joel Rousseau
 
                     Joel joined NexTower in 2018. He serves as NexTower’s Director of Operations. His career
                     in wireless began in 2000. He has worked for PE firms, national wireless services entities
                     and regional infrastructure construction companies. His expertise covers a wide variety
                     of wireless infrastructure development including site acquisition, project management,
                     construction management and zoning administration.
 
 
STAFF
 
                    NexTower has support staff with over 73 years of telecom experience providing exceptional
                    understanding and execution of communications infrastructure regulatory, development and operations
                    management.
 
FUNDING
 
                     NexTower partnered with Peppertree Capital Q2 2014 for funding all its asset development and
                     acquisition opportunities. Today TPC-Peppertree continues that support fueling the company’s
                     continued expansion.
